Beka One: Single point Lubrication

BEKA offers lubrication systems for each kind of use. Sometimes there are applications, where a central lubrication system is too big or too complex. This is what BEKAONE was designed for.

BEKAONE single point lubricators are an ideal solution to supply lubricants to single lubrication points in a safe, precise and reliable way.

Advantages:

• BEKAONE has an electro mechanic drive and a very high dosing accuracy. Controlled and monitored by microcontroller.
• BEKAONE can be used within a wide temperature range: From -20 °C up to +60 °C (with suitable lubricant).
• BEKAONE cares for reliable lubricant supply: Up to 24 months per filling!
• BEKAONE can be filled up to 6 times. This corresponds to a total lubricant capacity of 720 ml.
• BEKAONE can be filled easily and quickly with a grease gun. Low costs using grease from standard cartridges.
• BEKAONE offers low service costs: Filling without dismantling or change of cartridges.
• BEKAONE has a higher output pressure than conventional devices and can also be used for applications with higher counterpressure.
• BEKAONE saves the lubricant: No permanent pressure on the lubricant. Therefore suitable for lubricants with separation tendency.
• BEKAONE is available with or without filling. Special lubricants on demand.
